“ We were delighted in finding DG Renovations - We had previously had 4 quotes from various well known companies but were'nt completely happy with their quotes or processes. Then we found Danny !!! We were very fortunate to do so. Danny was exceptional in the fact HE actually does the bathrooms, so his practical experience speaks volumes and he has great advice and ideas along the way. In our 3 Bathrooms and Laundry there were no shortcuts. EVERYTHING comes out including the cement walls with tiles. This insures a beautiful (and waterproof) finish. We had Slate floors which had to be drilled out for new floor tiles (to insure a great tiling job). Some other builders recommended tiling over the top !!! Seriously ? Danny was horrified - it all comes out !! Here is our rundown on what we experienced... (1) Once we acepted Dannys very competitive quote, Danny advised us the quanity of Floor and Wall Tiles to purchase. He also provided a list of bathroom fittings we needed, so we decided what basins, bathtubs, tapes etc which we purchased from Reece Bathrooms (seperately). There are no confusing allowances that limit you. (2) Our job started on the 23rd January 2023 and we started on the main bathroom upstairs, the ensuite and seperate toilet. A skip arrived the day before for rubbish. The old bathrooms were removed on day one with Dannys whole Team being involved - Danny was front and centre doing and organising the work. (3) Danny's comunication and organisational skills are exceptional - I work in IT and have been involed in some huge government IT projects - Danny is on par with all these Project Managers. He organises the trades and they all turned up when expected - No delays. Great communications and lots of phone calls to advise whats happening next. (4) The skills of all of the Trades are brilliant from Ibbie the Tiler (who had an exceptional eye for detail), The Plumber James was fantastic and the fitted out bathrooms are a testiment to his quality work. Nick the cabinet maker did a great job on our cabinets. All these guys were also involved in the demolitions on day one. They are all good friends and their internal handovers made the project run very efficiently. (5) Everyone was friendly and extremely clean - In a rennovation of this nature, there is dust everywhere, but these guys care and cleaned up everyday. The guys were ALL so pleasant and approachable. (6) Attention to detail is unsurpassed - Danny was always on top of what was happening next. We are delighted with the end result - We couldnt have expected anything any better - we are so fortunate. We highly recommend DG Rennovations and believe anyone else doing a bathroom, laundry or kitchen rennovation can't go wrong with these fantastic people.”
